It is an early plan but it gives an idea as to what we are planning. All the waterways (light blue, dark blue, green and brown) will be navigable by electric boats and all RV sites on the waterways will have their own docks. The amenities (clubhouse, golf/putting course, pool, tennis courts, etc.) are still to be determined but this layout is what we would like to see. A majority of the sites will be sold to the public with the option to put the sites into a rental pool. Prices are still undetermined.
